The VA CLL comes into play when a Veteran is currently using part of their VA entitlement, and wants to buy an additional home.
The VA County Loan Limit (CLL) is not applicable to Veterans who are not actively using their VA entitlement. In other words, if you don’t have an outstanding VA home loan, the VA CLL doesn’t apply to you.
I love the clarifications on misconception as I have talked to other lenders who gave me some opposing info.
Everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable and and was able to answer any of my questions. I feel very safe using this group.
I have a better understanding of what I need as a buyer. All my questions were answered. Thanks again!
VLG really cares about the Veteran and their homebuying process.
VLG is doing wonderful, and they have put my mind at ease.
I was clueless about my VA home loan benefits. Now, I have a clear vision on what I am allowed, and I am grateful for the team taking their time out to answer so many questions.
With a VA home loan you could purchase a home with no down payment!
